You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, current information — including a social account that belongs to you. Keep your profile up to date; we review every profile before it can apply to campaigns, and we may approve, decline, or suspend accounts at our discretion.

Moast Collect is a gifted collaboration program. Brands send you their product for free, and it’s yours to keep. No cash payment, fee, or other monetary compensation is made by Moast or by brands for content created through Collect, and nothing in these terms creates an employment, agency, or partnership relationship. You are responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from receiving gifted products in your jurisdiction.

Applying to a campaign is a commitment, not a browse. If a brand approves your application and ships you its product, you agree to submit your review video through Collect within 14 days of receiving the product (or the timeline stated in the campaign brief, if different). Follow the campaign brief, including any must-include points.

If a brand requests a reasonable revision, for example a missed brief requirement, you agree to submit an updated video.

The product is gifted on the condition that you deliver the video. It is not an unconditional gift. The video is what the brand receives in exchange for the product and the cost of shipping it to you, and that exchange is the entire basis of this program.

If you receive a product and do not deliver a video, we may treat the product as unearned. In that case we may ask you to return it or to reimburse the brand for its retail value plus shipping, and the brand may seek that amount from you directly. The brand, not Moast, supplies the product, so any claim for its value belongs to the brand.

We may also suspend or remove your account, exclude you from future campaigns, and tell brands you have worked with that you did not deliver. If something goes wrong, tell us before your deadline. A message to support@moast.io or to the brand almost always sorts it out. Going quiet is what causes the outcomes above.

Once a video you submit is approved, the brand may use it across all of its digital channels, both paid and organic — including its website, product pages, social media, and advertising — without further permission or payment. That license is perpetual and includes reasonable edits such as cropping, captioning, and trimming. This is the exchange for the gifted product.

You may keep and share your own content, including in your portfolio, as long as that doesn’t conflict with the brand’s use.

Your videos must be your own original work, reflect your honest experience with the product, and make no false or misleading claims. Where you share the content on your own channels, you are responsible for complying with the disclosure rules that apply to you (for example, FTC guidelines on gifted products). Content must not include third-party material you don’t have rights to, including copyrighted music.

Gifted products are for your personal use and review — not for resale. Product quality, safety, and fulfillment are the responsibility of the brand; Moast provides the platform connecting you and does not manufacture, warrant, or ship products.

Brands see an anonymized version of your profile — your first name, content niches, audience details, and recent public posts — never your full name, email, or social handle.

Fulfillment is the one exception. When a brand approves your application and ships you its product, your full name, shipping address, and email address go on the brand’s order so the parcel can reach you and the store’s shipping notifications (such as tracking updates) can reach your inbox. They are used for fulfilling your gifted product, and nothing else.

We may update these terms as the program evolves; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “last updated” date, and continuing to use Collect after a change means you accept it. Questions? Contact support@moast.io.
